To switch up the flavor, swap out rosemary for thyme or even add extra smashed fresh fruit. If the flavor is too concentrated for your liking, dilute with an extra ½ cup of water when serving. Want to save time? Use a mandolin to slice a lot of ginger (or any other item) quickly. Just watch your fingers!
YIELDS: 4 (3-OUNCE) SERVINGS

½ cup thinly sliced ginger pieces
3 tablespoons Standard CBD Honey (see recipe in Chapter 2)
½ cup raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 cup water

Crushed ice, for serving

4 (1″ × 1″) honeycomb cubes for garnish
4 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish

1. Add ginger, Standard CBD Honey, vinegar, lemon juice, and rosemary to a medium-sized glass jar with a lid.
2. Heat water to a boil and pour into jar. Stir to combine.
3. Cover jar with lid and refrigerate overnight.
4. Strain and pour over crushed ice.
5. Put each honeycomb cube on a cocktail pick. Garnish each glass with one pick and one sprig fresh rosemary. Serve immediately.
